Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to problems of treatment of patients with acute serous pyelonephritis. There is reasoned the possibility of using complex therapy of method of extracorporal ultra-violet irradiation autoblood. In paper the comparative characteristic of treatment results on elaborated and traditional methods are shown. There are conducted researches and analysis of condition of different links of homeostasis (immunometabolic, enzymatic, aminoacidic) and data of radial diagnostic before and after treatment, which have revealed advantage of an offered method compare to the generally accepted conservative treatment. It enables to consider the elaborated method to be efficient in treatment the patient with acute serous e pyelonephritis and during exacerbation chronic pyelonephritis.
