Dissertation is devoted to the decision of actual scientific task in relation to hygienically estimation of character and terms of labor of dentists of therapeutic type on the modern stage of development of hygiene and stomatology, and also study of their influence on a capacity and efficiency of labor. In work there is the exposed intercommunication between the state of organ-ism and capacity of dentists with character of their labor, level of the technical pro-viding and other On the basis of the conducted researches there are the set features of character and terms of labor of specialists of this type, shown changes of the functional state of organism during a labor process depending on the day of week, working change and experience of work on specialist. Offered prophylactic measures directed on the in-crease of capacity and efficiency of labor of dentists of internists.
