Sapronova Z. Influence of norvask and nebilet on structured-funktional condition of left ventricle heart and myocardial ischemia of the patients stable angina of a pressure

The dissertaition is dedicated to analysis anti-ischemic efficacy of amlodipine and nebivololi for an ill stable stenocadia of pressure, advancing of the approaches to personal guard rope of treatment, forecasting of flow and efficiency of a pharmacotherapy in out-patient conditions. The changes of diastolic, systolic functions of a heart are studied, of parameters exercise stress and vegetative tonus on a background of treatment amlodipine and nebivololi. The conducted researches were confirmed by decrease vegetative tonus for ill, decrease of a tolerance to an exercise stress.We establishe three types of sequences of the myocardium ischemic: sympathicotonic, parasympathotonic and balance. It were by the basis for mining the differential approach to assigning by an ill stenocardia of pressure amlodipine and nebivololi. For the patients with predominance of sequences of the myocardium ischemic of a parasympathotonia, arising on a background, is most effective amlodipine, sympathicotonia - nebivololi. The research of flow of a stenocardia of pressure on a background of treatment, used by us, was accompanied by an essential and authentic decrease of frequency and duration of sequences of the myocardium ischemia, increase of a tolerance to an exercise stress and improvement of the quality of life.
