System of state regulation by investment processes. Formation of the effective mechanism of state regulation of investment process at a regional level. Methods of research is the system approach, the SWOT-analysis, comparison, hierarchical decomposition, system - structural and economic diagnostics. Ways of increase of a qualitative level of influence of the state on investment process: theoretically proved structurally functional model of the organizational mechanism of state regulation of investment process in region; it is structured problems of state regulation of investment process on macro-, mezo-and microlevels; criteria of an estimation of efficiency of activity of bodies of the government on regional regulations of mutual relations of subjects of investment activity equal sphere are determined. The conceptual device of state regulation of investment process is advanced; Methodical approaches to formation efficiency of functioning of system of state regulation by investment process in region. The received scientific results are used: Donetsk regional state administration; Donetsk city council; Makeevka city council; the industrial enterprises Donetsk and Makeyevka; in educational process of the Donbass national academy of construction and architecture.
