3. This dissertation is based on investigation of 223 patients with hypertension with various concomitant diseases and aimed to define the peculiarities of clinical development, structural and functional parameters of heart perfomance and plasma hemostasis in the patients with hypertension, who were liquidators of Chernobyl nuclear accident (based on retrospective long term analysis). The clinical peculiarities of hypertension, worsened by concomitant diseases were proved for the first time here were also determined the negative dynamics of clinical parameters, enlarged left artrium, left ventriculum and decreased systolic function of the heart, discoordination of reaction on different physical activities. The changes in the system of hemostasis were showed and the prognosed signs of complicated current of hypertension in the liquidators were proved.
