Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to diagnostic of hemocoagulative changes in patients with different forms of ACS according to myocardial damage and control of antithrombotic treatment. As the results of evaluation of 106 patients with ACS, we established the correlation between anticoagulation and contents of cardiac troponin T. It was shown that relationship between coagulation, fibrinolytic and anticoagulation activity depends on type of ACS. In patients with MI antithrombotic treatment leads to more effective recover of anticoagulative potential and increasing of inhibitor activity of plasminogen system. Using of clopidogrel in top on standard antithrombotic treatment in patients with unstable angina had a positive effect on antiocoagulant and fibrinolytic hemostatic links, leads to lower depletion of antithrombine activity during heparinotherapy and more active of recovering of fibrinolytic potential. An application field is a clinical medicine. The results have been applied in practice of medical institutions.
