Research object - process of production-economic use of land-property resources in the agricultural enterprises of agoindustrial complex. Research aim - a substantiation of directions of development of rent relations in the agricultural enterprises of agroindustrial complex. Methods of research - monographic, abstract-logical, correlation-regression, constructive. Theoretical and practical results of research - received results of research of formation and development of rent relations are accepted in the agricultural enterprises in production with use of rented land and property and will promote increase social and economic efficiency of functioning in agrarian sphere of economy. Scientific novelty - it is revealed features of rent use in reformed agricultural enterprises of different organizational forms in conditions of moratorium on land sale; author's definition of concept "rent of land" is formulated; conceptual positions of the contents of the contract of rent of the land are offered; it is advanced methodical approaches to rent calculation; further development interfarm rent relations. Degree of introduction - results of research take root into practical activities of the Ministry of an agrarian policy of Ukraine, Kiev regional department of an agriculture and the foodstuffs, agricultural enterprises of Kagarlyk district.
