Influence of mеtabolic correction on cascade of pathogenic processes causing develop¬ment and progressing of arterial hypertension and ischemic heart disease has been investigated. Algorithm of using cratal and cardonate has been worked oat. It has been determined, that using of cratal or cardonate additionally improved effect of standard therapy, collagene metabolism, endothelial function, lipid profile, clinical course of arterial hypertension and myocardial infarction and the life quality level of the patients.Branch - medicine.
