In this study it was investigated the prevalence, risk's factors and mortality of cerebrovascular diseases in the industrial region of Ukraine at the example of Mariupol. The particularities of the clinical course and cerebral hemodynamics, hemorologic char-acteristics of blood in patients with cerebrovascular diseases working at factories were studied. It was designed prophylactic methods for secondary stroke prevention. Key words: cerebrovascular diseases, stroke, risk's factors, cerebral hemodinamics, program for stroke prevention.
