Voronova I. Law-respecting as a valuable phenomenon of a civil society.

The problem of law respecting as a valuable phenomenon of a civil society conforming to the laws of such society have been investigated in the work. Peculiarities of the legal foundation of a civil society in the midst of which the veritable law-respecting both on social and individual levels have been revealed in the investigation. Special attention has been paid to the character of correlation between the states of law obedience and law-respecting in the sphere of mass good behavior. A number of theoretical provisions characterizing law-respecting as a valuable phenomenon and specific fettle of a personality have been grounded in the work. The central part of the investigation is devoted to the role and place of law-respecting in the system of legal values in a civil society. The correlations between law, legal conscience, legal culture and law-respecting have been investigated in the thesis. The potential of legal socialization and legal education as necessary conditions of law-respecting formationis researched in the thesis.
