Blashchuk A. Cessation of the contract obligations in Civil law of Ukraine.

The thesis dedicate to the complex explore of actual problems of principles, orders of the cessation of the contract obligations. It determines notion of the cessation of the contract obligations, exposes the obligation's dynamics in which the cessation of the obligation is its independent stage. It determines the cessation of the contract obligations as absolute stopping connections between sides of the contract. It explore difficulties of the refusal to execute the contract and its interruption. It proves that mutual refusal needs notarial certification. Following the analysis, proposals are made as to develop theoretic foundations of the law of contracts and as to upgrade the current legislation and its implementation.
