Gura M. The Legal safeguard of the Internet-site in Ukraine

In work explored civil-law nature of Internet-site, certainly circle of participants of law relationships of authors in relation to Internet-site, analyzed the feature of absolute titles of unpropitious of properties and personal of author of the Internet-site, the methods of leading to of right for authorship are pointed on the Internet-site, directions of legal safeguard of the Internet-site, feature of defense of rights for the author of the Internet-site. In dissertation research on the basis of legal analysis of current domestic and foreign legislation, domestic and foreign judicial practice, legal literature are scientific conclusions, formulated suggestion in relation to the improvement of the Civil code of Ukraine and Law of Ukraine “About a copyright and contiguous rights”.
