Get'man I. Conception of the legal intercourse: contents, sources, perspectives.

The dissertation is dedicated to the complex investigation of the communicative methodology of the legal conception under modern conditions of the information society and the thorough elucidation of the category and process of the legal intercourse in order to prove its wide dissemination in the branches of the legislation in force. In the work, in the context of the raised problem, the modern approaches to the legal conception in a new fashion are investigated and analyzed; the relationship between the categories of the social and legal intercourse is also established; it is determined the premises of the legal intercourse and the definition of the new for the modern law science category of the "legal intercourse" is given; the specific indications of the legal intercourse are characterized; the contents and structure of the legal intercourse are revealed and the increasing role-from the point of view of the Ukrainian law in force- of the bases of the legal intercourse, as one of the main tendency ofits development, is given grounds.
