Object of the study is process of the financing investment project telecommunication enterprise. Objective of study is development theorist-methodical basis of the shaping the mechanism of the financing investment project. Methods of research are logical generalization, mathematical statistics, expert and rating estimation. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical motivation and improvement of the mechanism of the financing investment project; development of such mechanism on miscellaneous stage to life cycle of the investment project. Novelty is motivation of the methodical approach to determination of the structure of the sources of the financing the project on base built models to her(its) optimization.
