Kravtsova O. Choice and the rationale of methods and ways to increase the efficiency of coal mines restructuring

Object of the study is processes restructuring on coal enterprise of the Ukraine. Objective of study is development scientifically-methodical positions and practical recommendation at the option of the directions and methods of increasing to efficiency restructuring mines in condition of insufficiency financial resource on base of the change principle subsidizing and investigating, discovery internal reserve increasing to efficiency to activity coal enterprise, as well as motivation upper possible level their unprofitable. Methods of research are technical-economic and financial analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the methodical approach to choice of the directions and methods of increasing to efficiency restructuring coal mines; proposition on shaping and efficient use created investment fund of the mine. Novelty is shaping scientifically-practical toolbox for increasing of efficiency restructuring mines. Degree of the introduction by: mines "Petrovska" and "Bilozerska", SE "Donvuglerestrukturizaciya". Branch of application is coal enterprises.
