Vazhenina G. Particularities of metabolic changes at patients with hypertonic dyscirculatory encephalopathy

In work complex research and analysis of clinical manifestations, metabolic and heamodynamic disorders in organism and structurally-functional changes of a brain at 110 patients with hypertonic dyscirculatory encephalopathy have been carried out. Characteristic clinical signs of hypertonic dyscirculatory encephalopathy of various stages have been revealed. Particularities of metabolic changes which expressiveness accrued in process of progressing disease has been established. Researches of volumetric transport of oxygen, acid-alkalic condition and gases of blood have showed, that the basic pathogenic factor of formation and progressing of hypertonic dyscirculatory encephalopathy was chronic hypoxia. Influence of hypoxia on various parts of a metabolism has been established: activity of oxidation-reduction enzymes, lipid exchange, processes of peroxidation and antyoxidant system. Condition of central and cerebral haemodynamic and structural changes of a brain at patients with hypertonic dyscirculatory encephalopathy I, II stages were investigated. Therapeutic tactic in patients with hypertonic dyscirculatory encephalopathy of various stages is offered.
