Object: the process of capital funds reproduction and its financial provision in agriculture. Aim: development of theoretical, scientific and methodical principles of the economic grounding, the bases of reproducing the capital funds and optimization of its financial provision in agriculture. Methods: dialectical, monographic, abstract and logical, economic-statistical, economic-mathematical modelling, calculating and constructive, experimental cluster and factor analyses. Results: elaboration of proposals and recommendations for optimization of financial provision of capital funds reproduction in agriculture. Novelty: the methodics of determining the optimum structure of sources of finincial provision of capital funds reproduction is proposed; the necessity of creating the funds of private capital funds according to the elaborated methodics is grounded; the classification of sources in capital funds reproduction, approach towards the formation of the amortization fund, the methodics of forming and using the fund of leased capital funds are improved; a number of economic categories concerning the essence and conditions of capital funds reproduction is specified; the prior treands of state regulation of the investment process in agriculture are defined; the algorithm of reestimation of capital funds is worked out; the proposals for the improvement of amortization policy and increasing of the lease role and other sources in the reproduction of capital funds are made.
