Myrgorods'ka L. Transformation mechanism of pension facilities on financial markets of Ukraine

Research object. System of relations of primary and second distribution of national income, that lies in the basis of forming of pension funds and determines the sphere of their use. Research purpose. Improvements of theoretical bases and developments of scientific and practical recommendations in relation to forming of pension facilities and rise of efficiency of mechanism of their transformation in an investment at the financial market of Ukraine Research methods: analysis and synthesis, comparative international analysis; factor and index analysis; descriptive analysis and method of the least squares, math modelling, systems analysis. Theoretical and practical results. Consist in the concluded recommendations directed on the rise of efficiency of mechanism of transformation of pension facilities in an investment at the financial market of Ukraine. Novelty of the innovation: first - the necessity of application of principle Ristera is led to as a lever of stimulation of participation of citizens of Ukraine in the system of unstate story pension funds, and also mean of rise of investment potential of economy of Ukraine; it is improved - computation of indexes of marginal propensity to consume and marginal propensity to save in the economies in Ukraine. It is founded necessity in the use of method T. Haavelmo. Approach after which such analysis must be carried out taking into account the factor of quantity of family members is offered; acquired subsequent development: interpretation of economic category of economies for the account: 1) addition of circumstance of time; 2) clarification of functional maintenance; - determination of bases of state policy at the market of pension insurance of Ukraine. A conclusion is argued about expedience of application of international principle EET. Degree of introduction. Separate conclusions and suggestions are offered in work, it is taken into account by State tax administration of Ukraine; it is used by a joint stock postal-pension bank Rayffayzenbanc „Guarantee” andthe National university of state tax service of Ukraine. Sphere of usage. The basic results of dissertation research can be used as methodological developments and practical recommendations in the process of preparation of laws, that regulate development of the system of the pension providing, and also at development of the proper educational courses in higher educational establishments
