Yemets' N. The prevention of incomplete pregnancy and preterm delivery in women with premature birth in the anamnesis.

Scientific work is devoted to studying of features of clinical current of pregnancy, sorts and conditions of newborns at women with premature birth in the anamnesis, and also development on the basis of the received results complex prognostical actions and rational tactics deliveries. The principal reasons, terms and character of the premature delivery are explored at women with the incomplete pregnancy in the anamnesis. The role of violations of microbiocenosis of sexual paths and placenta insufficiency is shown in genesis of premature births. Control methods are offered on being microbioсenosis of sexual paths and violations in the system "mother-placenta-fruit" with premature birth in anamnesis. Practical recommendations on decrease frequency obstetrical and perinatal pathologies at women with premature birth in the anamnesis are developed and introduced at previous gestation on the basis of the differentiated approach for carrying out of treatment-and-prophylactic actions.
