Thesis deals with the problem of training the junior specialists in high educational institutions of I-II levels of accreditation in the conditions of level differentiation and personal - oriented education. The methodological system of studying for the students of Finance and Economy directed towards the achievement of mathematical standard in course "Mathematics" was designed and experimentally tested (with the usage of the modular teaching): defined aims, contents, described the educational forms and methods as the means of studying - published manual and didactic materials are offered. The main investigation results were used in the research and educational process of high educational institutions of I-II levels of accreditation
