Skarghynskiy M. Housing As an Object of Civil Legal Relationship.

The thesis contains complex analysis of theoretical and practical is-sues concerned with regulation of housing as an object of civil rights. The thesis explores the notion and legal nature of housing in civil law, varieties of housing, the issues of corrlation of housing with other legal constructions in civil law. Housing and housing laws are classified. The thesis examines peculiarities of separate varieties of housing as objects of proprietary interest and law of obligation. Further developed are provisions of housing as an object of limited proprietary interest. The system and character of varieties of proprietary in-terests for other persons' property are revealed. The thesis explores the notion and elements of such actual in law-enforcement practice types of agreements with dweller as share holding in building construction, lifetime maintenance, hypothec, etc. Special attention was paid to elaboration of concrete practical recom-mendations for perfection of civil legislation concerning housing as an ob-ject of civil legal relationship, which are disputable in qualifying thise legal relationsip and separating it from other legal constructions.
