Prykhodko L. Improvement of the system of management concerning the technological development of an enterprise (for example, enterprises of wood-processing industry of Ukraine)

The object are the processes to provide effectiveness of management considering technological development of an enterprises, renewal of their technological basis. Primary objective of the thesis is elaboration of theoretical and methodical support for the management of enterprise's technological development and practical recommendations for its effective application under conditions of innovative model of Ukrainian economy formation. For the substantiation of the theoretical aspects of the thesis the next methods are used: comparison, analysis and synthesis, also regression? Index and benchmark analysis, technological foresight and modeling an enterprise's development. Theoretical, practical results and novelty: 1. The process conception of technological development is offered as well as indicators to asses the level of technological competitiveness and development of an enterprise. 2. Practical recommendations to form, improve and asses the effectiveness of the management system of technological development for different strategic groups of enterprises, directions of technological changes and optimization of technological business processes for wood-processing enterprises of Ukraine are determined. Recommendations to increase the effectiveness of management processes and system considering the technological development of an enterprise based on the pre-diagnostics of its technological level and competitiveness. Practical working-outs are universal and can be used to manage the technological development by any form of an enterprise in different business sphere to work-out measures to increase results and effectiveness of their activity.
