Pasternak O. The subjects of the legal relation in the sphere of the local self-government in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical theses of constitution law status of subjects of legal relationship in the sphere of local self-government in Ukraine and problems of their classification and specific character of legal personality. Considering peculiarities of legal relationships in the sphere of local self-government the author analyses principles of securing and realizing of legal personality of subjects of legal relationships in the sphere of local self-government. The author's theoretical construction of correlation between such notion as "subject of constitutional right', "subject of legal relationship in the sphere of local self-government", "subject of local self-government" is offered and their comparative characteristic is done. The peculiarities of legal personality of some subjects of legal relationships in the sphere of local self-government in Ukraine are analysed in this scientific paper. The peculiarities of social communities, individuals, state and administrative territorial units, organs of public authority, organs of State authority and local self-government and their officials, other subjects of legal relationship in the sphere of local self-government are also analysed in the research.
