Androshchuk A. Professional training of lawyers in Germany

This dissertation contains study of the system of professional training of lawyers in Germany, analyses of organization and contents of teaching, revelation and assessment of individual's professionally meaningful qualities of future lawyers. The system of their legal education has been analyzed in its historical development from the pedagogical point of view. Its structure has been defined and the mechanism of its functioning has been researched as well as pedagogical conditions of its components, realization into practice of sducational process at the Ukrainian higher educational institutions. There is professional profile of individual of German lawyer, analyzed modern state of legal education in Ukraine. On these grounds recommendations for improving quality of professional training of lawyers in Ukraine in conditions of integration to European educational expanse have been proposed
