Smolinska S. Formation and Functioning of Agricultural Land Market (from the experience of Lviv region)

Object of research: land relations in agrarian sector. The purpose of research: scientific ground of complex of theoretical and methodological basis of formation and functioning of agricultural land market. Methods: historical; monographical; abstractional and logical; economical and statistical; calculative and constructional; graphical. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical and methodological basis of the research is formulated by the fundamental ideas of economics and systematically-dialectical approach to learning economic events and phenomena concerning the sphere of agrarian lands use; scientific works; legislative and normative acts of Ukraine on lands relations in agriculture. Practical value of the achieved results may be illustrated by the fact that their use will allow to raise the efficiency of the lands use on the basis of land market relations formation in the agrarian sphere. Research novelty: to estimate of production efficiency which depends on intensify of agricultural enterprises lands use was the first to elaborate the methodical approaches. It suggests the mechanism of agricultural lands market price formation on the base of expert valuation of land which depends on expectational income. The research improves the principles of land relations state regulation which will further to invest of foreign capital in agricultural sphere. Scientific approaches concerning the formation of agricultural land market infrastructure and transference of lands on the mortgage dot their continuation. Some ideas on the formation of Land bank are also presented here. The degree of introduction: the research’s results take for introduction the main board of agro-industrial development of Lviv State regional administrations, the board of land resources of Brody district of Lviv region, the Lviv main regional of land resources, and in the lectural course of Lviv State Agrarian University are used. Efficiency: the research’s results prove the concept of raising efficiency of land resources usein the agrarian sector by inculcation of agricultural land market.
