Didych T. Legal Norms Design: theoretical-legal aspect

In the thesis specific concept of norms design is revealed, distinctive features of norms design are emphasized. The author of the investigation analyzes factors and principles of norms design activities, gives definition of the concept "legal expertise". The tendencies of development of the expertise are analyzed as institute of expertise of the draft acts. Exactly proportional dependence is underlined between qualitative standard of norms design and quality of the draft legal documents. The positive influence of the norms design's stages and their scientific substantiated succession of the quality of draft acts is grounded. The distinctive features of the norms design's subjects, their jurisdiction are designated, specific character and goal-orientation of their work are marked. The ways of optimum legal regulation's improvement of norms design are shown. A number of methodic recommendations are made for improving the level of the organization and legal ensuring of norms design process.
