Jakubovs'ka N. Multinational Companies' Activities Legal Regulation.

The dissertation is devoted to research the world experience of the multinational companies (MNCs) activities legal regulation and to the study of the legal instruments, that are used to regulate MNCs' activities on national level. Legal aspects of the MNCs' evolution are studied. MNCs legal status in the international private law is defined. Unification of the MNCs' activities regulation standards is considered. The shortcomings of the traditional international private law methods application to the MNCs' activities regulation are ascertained. Effectiveness of the contemporary system of the MNCs' activity regulation on national level is evaluated. Experience of the international legal standards implementation of the MNCs' activity regulation into the national legal systems of post-socialist countries is studied. Propositions to improve the effectiveness of Ukrainian legal system of the MNCs' activity regulation is given."
