Object - tubal pregnancy at the women operated by different surgical; methods - clinical, microbiological, immunophermentical, immunological, immunofluorescentical, statistical; novelty - for the first time is established close interrelation between features of clinical current of the postoperative period, a condition microcinosis and system immunity at women with tubal pregnancy; for the first time the technique of a level-by-level section of a pipe by an electrode-needle with preliminary medicamentous preparation a box chorion is used; it is established, that protephlazid promotes normalization of the system immune answer after laparoscopic operations, and early use of auxiliary reproductive technologies considerably raises efficiency of rehabilitation of reproductive function after tubal pregnancy at women with barreness in the anamnesis; results - are theoretically proved and developed new approaches of preparation for operation, surgical treatment of tubal pregnancy and optimization of individualrehabilitation actions for improvement of reproductive health of women; branch – medicine.
