In the dissertation necessity to use social-ethical marketing conception by subjects of securities market and carry out marketing researches on it is proved. The essence of marketing researches is specified, their methodological preconditions are analysed and the or-ganizational bases are determined, the conceptual model of marketing researches is created. The research algorithm of portfolio investor's preferences concerning risk is developed. Parameters of the free risk yields are identified.
