Causes, development mechanisms and dentist patients' non-adaptation were studied on the basis of system, multidisciplinary and integration approach. There is author's stomatological health description presented in the study. Stomatological health structure is explored, methodology of its systematic analysis is developed, which lets to find all of health's structural components - anatomy-physiological, psychological, psychical, socio-psychological and social together with their socio-cultural and information evaluation elements. It's proved that non-adapted dentist patients combine violations of different sets of the selected components. Grounding on 300 patients with different forms of stomatological deceases inspection, it is shown, that genesis of non-adaptation is mainly influenced by character and personality. First of all those drivers of character include pedantry and emotionality (for men); doughty, demonstrability and emotively (for women). And also non-harmony character and personality drivers(especially unrealism of being adoption, no desire to adopt, inadequate self-evaluation, egoism, etc.). The dependence of emotional and functional being of patents from their character drivers' types is explored. For all patients inspected, inadequate types of approach to the decease and its treatment have been found. The author has developed the classification of dentist patients' non-adaptation types and clinical forms: initial non-adaptation, caused by pain syndrome and bad functioning of jaws (for all patients); secondary non-adaptation, expressed at depression (for about 40% patients); thirdly non-adaptation, expressed at specific phobias and depressions (for about 60% of patients). Grounding on the data collected and analyzed, the system of psycho-correction for patients with non-adaptation issues was developed. The system is directed on all of the components of stomatological health and facing two directions: stomatological decease treatment and psycho-correction of following non-adaptation of patients. Described modern psycho-correction methods that were used. The principles of psycho-correction of patients with stomatological and non-adaptation issues were grounded: harmonization and increase of stomatological culture level; information about hygiene and psycho-hygiene, demanding of help which are in the end are followed by lowering of stomatological deceases' level.
