Essay

The object is radar identification system of air target with using of mobile communication radio signals. The purpose is possibility ground of using radio signals of mobile communication stations for moving craft identification in ground airspace. The methods are approved methods of statistic radio engineering and statistic radiolocation, probability theory and mathematical statistics, mathematical simulation with using of experimentally received starting data. The main novelty is first outspoken methods of building of radar identification system of air target in mobile communication illumination field, basic variants of system building are offered, spatial characteristics of system detection are valued; valuation and comparison methods of illumination fields that created by different radio engineering system are first developed; air objective echo-signal detector of semiactive system with external illumination by mobile communication signals are offered. The novelty is first offered using of direction transmitters’ mobile communication radio signals in the interests of air objective radar identification. The work results are realized in Central design office “Proton”, United research institute of Ukraine armed forces, Radio forces of Ukraine armed forces. The sphere of application is airspace control system.
