Object - state of endothelium's vasomotor, anticoagulant and fibrinolysisregulate functions in patients with stable stenocardia; methods – clinical, instrumental, laboratory (protein C, antithrombin III, plasminogen activator ingibitor – 1, plasminogen), statistical; novelty - for the first time endothelium's functional possibility was analyzed at the time of veinocclusion test concerning counteraction of hypercoagulation in patients with stable stenocardia; understanding of stable stenocardia's pathogenesis was extended because of explanation of endothelium's anticoagulant and fibrinolysisregulate functions; perindopril's effectiveness was demonstrated concerning improvement of endothelium's vasomotor, anticoagulant and fibrinolysisregulate functions in patients with stable stenocardia. Results - improve of treatment effectiveness of patients with stable stenocardia because of correction endothelium's anticoagulant and fibrinolysisregulate functions by application of perindopril in their complex therapy; branch – medicine.
