The manuscript is devoted to the actual problem researching- settings to differentiated treatment vegetative sinus node dysfunction in bradyarhythmias depending on vegetative balance condition substantiation. The results of scientific extend and deepen understanding of patophysiological essence of vegetative sinus node dysfunction due to decoding of electrophysiological mechanisms of its origin taking into account the state of vegetative balance.
