The thesis is dedicated to the study of cerebral hemodynamics and bioelectric activity of brain in patients transitory ischemic attacks. According to the task of research we have examined 117 patients with acute ischemic circulatory disturbances of brain. Transitory ischemic attacks (TIA) have been diagnosed in 83 patients (the basic group), cerebral infarction has been diagnosed in 34 patients. It was determined that age, sex, arterial pressure, cardiac rhythm, glucose and prothrombin levels in blood the basic and concomitant diseases can be used for prognosing the transition and yield of acute ischemic circulatory disturbances of brain - their developing into TIA or cerebral infarction. Studying cerebral hemodynamics and bioelectric activity of brain it was established that they depend on the localization and the character of the process. The use of preparation "Actovegin" and "Instenon" in the complex treatment improves cerebral hemodynamics indices considerably: blood flow linear rate (BFLR) rises, peripheral resistance indices and cerebrovascular reactivity factors standardize and promote faster rehabilitation of bioelectric activity of brain. The results of the research show high information value of these methods of investigation and the expediency to carry out them in the first twenty four hour period of acute ischemic disturbances of cerebral circulation (AIDCC) and in the disease dynamics for prediction of their further transition and optimization of complex therapy.
