Object - hot- resistance and drought- resistance of selection material, morpho-biological signs, adaptive and combination ability and selection value of the dedicaded lines. Purpose - estimation and selection of initial material of corn is conducted after the level of morpho-biological signs, trained character of varying and feature of inheriting of hot-resistance and drought-resistance. Methods - hot- resistance, drought- resistance and cold- resistance -laboratory and fields methods of estimation. Level of inheriting, adaptive and combination ability -mathematical methods of estimation. Results - efficiency of selection of initial material of genetic plasmas of Lancaster and Ayden and hot- resistance drought-resistance with the use of improved classic and developed physiology methods is established.
