Goncharova Y. The selection of optimal method of hormonal therapy at genital endometriosis taking into account an individual sensitivity.

Dissertation is devoted to the increase of hormonal treatment efficiency of patients with genital endometriosis on the basis of determination of individual sensitivity to gonadotropin-releasing-hormone agonists, antigonadotropic, progestogenic, antiestrogenic, estrogen-gestagenic preparations taking into account antioxidant status characteristics. On the basis of dynamics of thiol and disulfide groups concentration change in the blood of patients with genital endometriosis the method of determination of individual sensitivity to hormonal preparations (gonadotropin-releasing-hormone agonists, antigonadotropic, progestogenic, antiestrogenic, estrogen-gestagenic preparations) was developed and applied. The method of hormonal therapy of endometriosis taking into account an individual sensitivity was elaborated. The comparative assessment of clinical efficiency of hormonal therapy at genital endometriosis conducted with and without determination of individual sensitivity to hormonal preparations was conducted. On the basis of cytological research of eutopic endometrium with the characteristics of apoptosis the objective criteria of endometriosis hormonal treatment efficiency control were developed.
