Essay

Dissertation is devoted to research of problem of faith and reason in philosophical conception of P. Yorcevicha. It is found out, that philosophical Yurkevich's views incarnated the feature of religious-philosophical thought in Ukraine at the middles of ХІХ age, foremost philosophical traditions of Ukrainian academic philosophy. On the basis of analysis of P. Yurkevich's philosophical inheritance the place of problem of faith and reason is exposed in the philosophical-ethics searches of thought. Evolution of the put problem in Ukrainian academic philosophy of ХІХ age and influencing of looks P. Yurcevich on Russian religious philosophy of ХІХ age is analysed.
