The development of political pluralism and the transformation of party system in the RB, are touched upon as well as the influence of parties financing upon development of party system is shown, the reasons of political parties split and the appearance of new subjects. It was also proved that the transformation of the arty system of the RB has its distinctive features, fixed that the RB party system is moving to pluralization with 4-5 small and average parties.
