Lanchenko Y. Organizational and economic mechanism of investing in the agrarian sphere of agro-industrial complex

The object of investigation is the process of investment in the agrarian sphere of agro-industrial complex of Ukraine. The theoretical and methodological basement of the investigation is a dialectical method of scientific cognition and a systematic approach to the studying of investment process, scientific works, informational issues and normative legal acts. In the process of scientific investigation the following methods were used: historical, abstractly logical, statistically economical, monographic, modeling, systematic analysis, calculative constructive and also the reflecting of information in charts and graphics. The scientific newness is the extension and supplementing of theoretical rules of investment, explanation the practical and methodical basic points of forming and functioning of organizationally economical mechanism of investment in the agrarian sphere of agro-industrial complex, working out the conception rules of investment policy in the sphere, propositions of improvement of amortization policy and the ways of development of leasing operations at agro-industrial complex. The received results of the investigation make the scientific basement of the activation of investment process in agriculture with the aim of improvement of recreational process in sphere and socially economical situation at the village.
