Ivanova O. Estimation and formation of competitive advantages of the industrial enterprises

The object of the research: functioning process of industrial enterprises in a competitive environment; the aim of the work is generalization and development of methodical basis and working out practical recommendations concerning estimation of competitive advantages of industrial enterprises and their forming; method of research and its means: logical analysis, statistical analysis, taxonomic analysis, method of hierarchy analysis, expert judgment method, matrix analysis; theoretical and practical results: for the first time was developed method of choosing strategy of support and development of competitive advantages of an industrial enterprise; further development of: definition of “competitive advantage”, classification of kinds of competitive advantages of an enterprise due to a specification on the basis of “nature of factors of competitive advantage” and establishment of their classification features, theoretical approach to an estimation of economy of scale and economy of gained experience, improved: methodical provision of estimation of competitive advantages of enterprise, Organizational provision of monitoring of competitive preferences taking into consideration their life cycle; Practical significance of received results is that the use of offered scientific practical methods of estimation of competitive advantages on the basis of their effectiveness and stableness in enterprises allow to define the most important existent and possible competitive advantages for an enterprise; Subject and extent of introduction: the developments are put into practical operations of Olimpia Ltd, Ekomed, Avtramat OJSC; Field of use: production activity of industrial enterprises.
