Essay

The thesis is devoted to decrease level of complications during pregnancy and labors, to improve status of newborns of women with gestational disease of kidney. This work was based on a clinical study of peculiarity of pregnancy and labors of women with this kind of complications, epidemiology of kidney disease, estimation of microbe specter of urine and level of some cytokines, hormones, immunoglobulin and on developed diagnostical and medical algorithm. Pregnancy with asymptomatic bacteriuria has immunological changes, which are common during pregnancy. Complex intensive therapy of asymptomatic bacteriuria with using of diagnostical and medical algorithm allowed decreasing of complications of pregnancy from 57,20% to 27,27% of cases, labors - from 49,38% to 25,00% and perinatal complications from 46,09% to 29,09%.
