Subject - diabetic patient with acute renal failure and diabetic nephropathy. Aim - improvement treatment results. Methods - clinical, biochemical, statistical. Novelty - it was firstly discovered, that edema and infiltration of renal intersticium contribute to development of acute renal failure. Results - inclusion to the complex of intensive care the trypsin lymphotropic introduction facilitate of the diuresis, urea and creatinine clearances iincrease, and allow lethality decrease to 40,8%.
