Tsibulina I. State Policy in Sphere of Maintenance of Child's Rights Protection in Ukraine

Object of research: realization of state policy on maintenance of the rights of the child. The purpose: grounding of theoretical bases and development of methodical rules and practical measures on improvement of mechanisms of state management of maintenance of the rights of the child in Ukraine. Methods: the analysis and synthesis, system-analytical, expert estimations. Result: organization-legal and institutional changes concerning improvement of the mechanism of embodiment of state policy of protection of the rights of the child at state and local levels are developed. Novelty: the concept "state policy of maintenance of protection of the rights of the child" as activity of the subjects of state executive authority, local government and public formations of maintenance of appropriate conditions of all-round development of the child is specified. It is introduced in activity of Kharkiv regional state administration and Kiev district council of Kharkiv. Areas of use: public administration, social policy, scientific researches, training and retraining of the public servants.
