Torba O. Kliniko's feed bag a substantiation of local photochemical influence in surgical treatment peritonitis

The dissertation is devoted to studying of changes of a condition lipid peroxidation, conditions of system antioxidant protection and features reparative processes at patients with peritonitis of soft tissue and to realization of their correction with the help of modern surgical treatment with the local photochemical activation. Material of dissertational work became results of an experimental research lead on 120 white rats whom caused sharp poured a purulent peritonitis and clinical supervision over 65 patients with the sharp purulent poured peritonitis. Efficiency of the offered treatment was estimatedon dynamics of an intoxication of an organism on the basis of clinical data, a level of molecules of average weight, J.J.kalf's index. Experimental animals and patients were surveyed in dynamics that enabled to supervise efficiency of spent treatment. The microbiological status and a morphological picture of changes in peritoneum was simultaneously studied at a peritonitis that has allowed to supervisecurrent of inflammatory process objectively.On this basis it is offered pathogenetic the proved treatment as local photochemical antioxidant therapy and its efficiency is shown. It has allowed to lower average terms of treatment for 1,4 and to reduce number of complications in 1,7.
