Dotsenko D. Surgical treatment of acute destructive pancreatitis with application of immune medicines

The object of reseach: severe forms of acute pancreatitis. Purpose of the study: improvement of results of treatment of the patients with acute destructive pancreatitis and its complications by application of cryopreserved fetal hemopoetic cells of human liver in complex of surgical treatment was the aim of the study. Methods of research: for evaluation of disturbances of organism homeostasis clinical, biochemical, immunological, immune enzyme, immune fluoroscopic, endoscopic and ultrasonic investigation were used. Practical significance: in the study the predominating types of immune disturbances are exposed in patients with acute destructive pancreatitis. The method of correction of pathological immune answer is offered by including of cryopreserved fetal hemopoetic cells of human liver in complex of surgical treatment. It is proved that application of the proposed method alljws to normalize the index of immunity and basic indexes of homeostasis, and, thus reduce probability of development of the secondary pancreatic infection and other system complications, that is the improvement of results of treatment of patients with acute destructive pancreatitis and is instrumental in the decline of frequency of development of complications almost in two times. Scientific novelty:new approach to surgical treatment of patients with acute destructive pancreatitis and its complications taking into account the condition of the immune system depending on the stage of disease is proposed. The features of immunological changes are studied in patients with acute destructive pancreatitis, the types of immune disturbances are defined depending on the stage of disease. The necessity of application of immune medications is substantied. For the first time it was proposed and substantiated the possibility of application of cryopreserved fetal hemopoetic cells of human liver in complex of medical treatment in patients with acute destructive pancreatitis. Advantage of application of cryopreserved fetal hemopoetic cells of humanliver is confirmed for correction of developed pathological immune response.
