Dissertation deal with working out the technique of investigation quick-changing stressed state of multi-bounded plates under the conditions of steady-state oscillation and determining resonance-type frequencies and forms of oscillation for bounded plates. On this basis dynamic concentration of stresses near holes of different shapes is studied. Calculation of dynamic stresses in the hole plates is done by the means of boundary-integral equation methods and theory of complex variable function. For the computation of the developed algorithm methods of mechanical quadratures and collocation are used. Research of stressed state of different shape bounded plates with holes under dynamic loads is done. Range of inter resonance-type frequencies with normal dynamic stresses are determined. Effect of hole shape on resilient wave on diffraction in unbounded plates are studied. Dependence of dynamic concentration coefficient of stress on applied load frequency for different holes shapes are established.
