Dissertation covers the conception of classification of methods of obtaining resources in the international financial markets by enterprises. Advantages and disadvantages of implementation of such corporate securities as depositary receipts and eurobonds are researched. The principal tendencies of world corporate eurobonds market development are determined. The recommendations of the Ukrainian legislation improvement in compliance with European Union's requirement in the investment services field are elaborated. The basic models of obtaining financial resources in the international markets according to Ukrainian legislation by Ukrainian enterprises - bonds issuers are defined, systematized and described.
