Galagan T. Экономические аспекты восстановления и организации использования рекультивированных земель в сельском хозяйстве

Present thesis is devoted to the economic aspects of reconstruction and organization the recultivated land use in agriculture. It is concluded that the price for land getting from agricultural production is consisted of the price for land value as the nature component, the price for land as the main production method, the price for fertility reconstruction and improvement of ecological condition. It is developed and defined methodology and economic and ecological condition for estimate the most widespread recultivated land in the steppe zone of Pridniprovia. It is inserted the definition of "factor of ecological safety" and developed its gradations which allow to estimate the recultivated land of different quality. Composite matrix of further possible ways of recultivated land use is composed. It is improved the methodological workings for hydro-technological and biological stages of land recultivation
