The thesis is devoted to the future maintenance officers professional education problem in the higher military border security educational establishment. In particular, the future maintenance officers professional education pedagogical technology structure and content have been determined. The future maintenance officers professional and important qualities have been fixed, the model of the stated specialists professional education pedagogical technology has been worked out, technological microstructures and pedagogical conditions of maintenance specialists with higher military education pedagogical technology functioning have been substantiated; the latter have been ranking according to their influence on the future maintenance officers education pedagogical technology effectiveness, that has been confirmed experimentally.
