Snizhko D. Chemiluminescent System of Antioxidant Activity Definition of Bioobjects

Object - chemiluminescence that accompanies peroxidation of lipids and is induced by active forms of oxygen (ozone). The aim - research and development of chemiluminescent system for control of active oxygen forms influence on antioxidant processes in bioobjects. Methods - quantum chemistry and chemical kinetics of many-particles systems, chemiluminescent method for obtaining experimental data, statistical methods of experimental results processing, methods of correlation analysis, computer modeling methods that are realized in software packages HyperChem 7.0 and Mathematica 5.0. The results - developed chemiluminescent system for investigation of antioxidant activity of bioobjects; developed procedure of chemiluminescent assay of biological sample (blood plasma); proved connection of antioxidant system changes dynamics with kinetics of chemiluminescent signal. Novelty - possibility of performing express assay of antioxidant activity parameters during ozonetherapy.
